The Smith AR-S
In the category of spinners for trout, the Smith AR-S is undoubtedly a must. The AR-S was mainly designed for fishing in small streams, where a spoon has to spin as soon as it meets resistance with the water.

The Daiwa Wise Minnow
The Daiwa Wise Minnow is a small sinking jerkbait designed mainly for large rivers or deep water holes. It comes in two different sizes, 5 cm and 7 cm with different sink rates.
With its tapered profile and relatively heavy weight for a lure of this size, the Wise Minnow casts to great distances and easily combs a lot of ground. It shines especially when large trout are feeding on minnows along the edges and in powerful rivers that prevent floating lures from working.

The Delalande Toupti Shad
If we had to choose only one soft lure for trout during the opening, our choice would have to be the Toupti Shad from Delalande. The French brand has developed a very small shad, as its name indicates, which is effective in very small streams as well as in large rivers.
The main advantage of the Toupti Shad is its ability to swim effortlessly with any weight of sinker. Whether it's with 2 grams to scrape the bottom in a small stream, or with more than 5 grams to drift fish in a large river, the Toupti Shad will trigger fish.
The colors available on this shad are numerous, although the Mojito color deserves a place in your boxes thanks to its effectiveness, both in cloudy and sunny weather.
