The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter referred to as the "T&Cs", is to determine the conditions of access to the Website and the terms and conditions of use of the Services by Users. Any use not expressly authorised by these terms and conditions will result in a violation of the intellectual property rights of INFODUSTRIE or its partners and will constitute an infringement. The User is therefore informed that any unauthorized use of the information may result in civil or criminal liability. A User's account information can be deleted by the User at any time from the User's profile settings. The User can then no longer access any Site Services. Login data is archived for 3 months.
INFODUSTRIE may terminate the contractual relationship with the User. Termination of access to the Website services does not give rise to any compensation or consideration of any kind.
If INFODUSTRIE does not exercise any of its rights against a User in accordance with these GTC, this shall not constitute or be construed as a definitive waiver by INFODUSTRIE of the right in question.
Any provision of these TOU that is declared null and void, unenforceable, or invalid by virtue of a current legal rule or a final court decision shall be deemed unwritten without invalidating these TOU or altering the validity of the other provisions.
In case of difficulties of interpretation resulting from a contradiction between any of the headings in the clauses and any of the clauses, the headings will be declared non-existent.
Notwithstanding the country from which the User uses the Services, the present TOS are exclusively governed by French law. Given the global dimension of the Internet, Users must also comply with the rules applicable to the territory from which they consult the Site or use its Services.

Any dispute or difficulty as well as, more generally, any litigation relating to the interpretation or execution of the present contract will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Evry (France).
