Creation of Club France
Alexandre Portheault, general manager of the French Teams, has just announced the creation of a Club France.
"The competitors selected for Club France were chosen for their results, determination and team spirit. We find experienced anglers who have already proven themselves on the world stage, as well as promising new talents whose enthusiasm and determination bring a fresh dynamic to the team. Together, they will represent France in international competitions, flying the French flag and sharing a common passion for fishing. Club France's vocation is to train and support the French team by offering an environment conducive to performance" underlines the general manager of the French Teams.

The French team selected for the World Boat Championships
The Fédération Française de Pêche Sportive carnassiers section has just announced its boat selection for the World Championship to be held in Ireland.
Three crews will represent France:
- Alain Marragou and Nicolas Delebarre
- Jean-Baptiste Morel and Nicolas Noel
- Sébastien Pouthier and Anthony Pouthier
"We are pleased to announce the selection that will represent France at the forthcoming World Boat Championships in Ireland. The coach's choice was based on several essential criteria, including consistency of results, individual performances in national and international competitions, and the team spirit demonstrated by each angler. These competitors were particularly chosen for their ability to adapt to the diverse fishing conditions encountered in Ireland. The diversity of techniques mastered by each member will ensure a versatile and strategic approach to the World Championship. This selection, combining experience and innovation, will represent our country with dignity on the international stage. Our sole objective is to bring the world championship title back to France
