CWC Team

The team will focus on finding the big fish for this last day of competition. The pair started with a complementary approach: while one was fishing on the bottom, the other was focusing on the surface. It is by abandoning the topwater for a deeper prospecting fishing that Adam Orre opens the counter of the team with a big fish of 46 cm. Change of spot and new " Tank " of 45 cm for Adam Orre who follows up with another big fish of 46 cm then a second one of 47+ ! After a good moment without touching, Adam Orre changes approach and validates this change with the first cast with a Masta perch of 50 cm! A fish that allows the team to consolidate their Top 5 and virtually take the points of the Top 5 and the Big Fish.

Humminbird/Vision Team

The team changed the spot and remained faithful to the initial plan but faced with a cruel lack of fish activity, decided to return to the launch to find the sector where the duo had moved big fish in topwater the first day. Frédéric Jullian succeeded in catching the first mesh fish of the day, just before noon.

Team Fox Rage/Salmo

Sylvain Legendre and JB Morel start this 5th episode under the rain. In spite of the bad weather, the pair found the perch in topwater but the fish played with the nerves of the two anglers, moving on the lures only out of curiosityâ?¦ Sylvain Legendre nevertheless managed to validate a fish of 36 cm but was unlucky and hooked a fish of more than 40 cm a few moments later. Even if the victory is out of reach, this hooking could cost the duo a lot of money at the end of the competition...

Team Sporting

Like CWC, Sporting decided to focus on finding big fish for the final day. After a first hour of fishing without a hit, Stephen Nielsen breaks the deadlock with a 45+. The two anglers then convert the try with 2 big fish of 45 and 46 cm! The calm returns until Stephen Nielsen validates a 4th fish for the Top 5: a solid zebra of 43 cm.

Team Bite of Bleak/Lurefans

The team has 4 points at the end of the second day and can legitimately expect, given their lead on this point, 1 additional point for the number of fish at the end of the competition. Peter Fredriksson and Pelle Seth also decided to go for the big fish on this last day of competition. A first fish of 39 cm at the first cast and then, as usual, the team unrolls and realizes a beautiful series of fishes from 40 to 46 cm. 46 cm is not enough for the Top 5 and the Big Fish and the fishing gets tougher for the team until Pelle Seth and Peter Fredriksson get their spirits back on a new spot with two fish of 47 and 43 cm. Pelle Seth went on to improve the team's top 5 with a 45 cm fish and a second 46 cm fish.

Nays Team

Tobias Ekvall and Dustin Schöne are going for all the points on this last day. While Dustin started in Topwater, it was Tobias who, prospecting deeper, hit the first fish of the day including several fish over 40 cm. After this nice series of fish, the team switched to Topwater and brought in several fishes.

Illex/Gunki Team

Gaël Even and Marc Ptacovsky will bet on Topwater first before switching to numbers. A series of fishes meshed on the surface including a 38 that virtually gives the point of the biggest fish in Topwater to the team.

Strike King/Lew's Team

The Strike King/Lew's team put everything on the surface and the Big Fish. Viktor started with a 34 cm fish in topwater and unfortunately lost a big one in a submerged tree shortly after...

Review of the points

The big fish battle was in full swing, with the Top 5 point sailing between Lurefans, Nays and CWC and virtually going to CWC, as well as the Big Fish point thanks to the superb 50 cm fish caught by Adam Orre. Lurefans unsurprisingly takes the lead in numbers with 47 fish but Nays remains in ambush with 33 fish on the counter. The Topwater point virtually goes to the Illex/Gunki team once again.

The competition is not over and the teams have not said their last word! " Keep on hammering! "
