A Spanish European champion
On the individual front, Daniel Muñiz Llana (Spain) won the European title, followed by Frantisek Kouba (Czech Republic) and Emilio Gonzalez Berjaga (Spain). The French also made it into the top 10 with Emilio Saint Aman and Jordan Grégoire. The Championship was marked by innovative strategies, sometimes very productive sectors (notably on Lake Palù and the Mera river), and particularly combative fish.âeuros

This 29th edition confirms France's rise to prominence in sport fly fishing, as well as the passion shared by the whole of Europe for whitewater ecosystems and the rational management of aquatic environments.
