A world championship in France
The 70th edition will take place on the Aire à Béthune canal in the Hauts-de-France region of France ème edition of the world championship of nations fishing. Two days of intense competition on September 21 and 22, 2024. During these two days, the best anglers from all over the world will come together to compete and proudly represent their nations. The course will be set over five sectors on the Canal d'Aire. It's an opportunity to discover a fishing competition of the highest level, where fishing strategies and the talent of the anglers will make all the difference.
The village
From Monday, September 16, 2024, a "partners" village will be set up between the course zones in Essars, allowing the public to fully immerse themselves in the World Championship atmosphere.
Open to the public free of charge, this village will be the ideal place to meet a large and enthusiastic audience.
