Preparing your lines is a real pleasure. In addition to the satisfaction of making fish with it, it is part of the preparation to go fishing.

Mounting a line at the stroke
Directly on the nylon spool, thread your float either through the eyelet or through the notch directly in the float.
Thread 3 pieces of sheathing that you will place on the keel (top, middle and flush at the bottom).
The importance of proper lead placement
To place your sinkers correctly, there are clips or small accessories in the shops that allow you to close the sinkers easily.
Arrange your sinkers so that you have a lead sinker, and 30 centimeters higher in general your lead mass. That is to say that you group your pellets side by side.
It is important to have the sinkers as aligned as possible. Center them correctly in the slot before pinching the lead.
Consolidate the lead mass
Form a small loop and place your lead against it.
Then balance your float properly by checking its buoyancy with a tube.
Set your leader or leave it as it is and you will choose your hook at the desired moment.
Tidy up your line
Wrap your line around your rig, starting with the hook or leader loop. At the level of the float, place it correctly on the creel in the deep part. This way it will be protected and will avoid shock and breakage.
Make the necessary number of turns of nylon according to the desired length. Either you know the height of water of your fishing place, or you put a little more, and recut according to your banner on the spot.
Finally, design a final loop. Elastic bands are available to secure it. Some folders have notches.
You now have a clean, fishable line. Take advantage of the rainy days to set up your lines and prepare your next trips.
