The "Salon des pêches à la mouche en Bretagne" at Espace Glenmor in Carhaix is a unique and friendly event, exclusively dedicated to artificial fly fishing, with a national reputation in the west of France.
Unique features
It's the only major show in western France focused on this practice, organized every two years (even-numbered years) since 2010 by volunteers from the Au Fil de la Penzé association.
It enjoys the support of Brittany's fishing federations (notably Finistère), the Association bretonne des fédérations de pêche, and the FFPS âeuros Commission Mouche Bretagne, ensuring growing success with French/European exhibitors and visitors.
Organization and partners
Espace Glenmor, a convention center in the heart of Carhaix, will host the event, with 850 m² of exhibition and conference space on the first floor, plus a flea market area on the first floor.
It is organized by volunteers from the Au Fil de la Penze association, in partnership with Brittany's fishing federations (notably Finistère) and the FFPS.
The event relies on a motivated team of volunteers and loyal partners such as the Ville de Carhaix, the CCI Morlaix, and the Région Bretagne.
The technical involvement of the federations strengthens its local roots while giving it a national scope.

Come and meet some of the great names in fly-fishing, fish writers, fishing trip organizers and aquatic protection NGOs, in a relaxed, family atmosphere. You'll also be able to try out a range of tackle on a casting area.
You can also look forward to brand stands (Vision, Sage, Patagonia, etc.), Breton fishing guides, fly-tying demonstrations, casting initiations, conferences and a tombola with lots of prizes (fishing trips, equipment).

The ninth edition of 2026 (February 28-March 1) promises to perpetuate this special spirit.
