Bungy Pencil 160
The Bungy Pencil 160 is a surface stickbait with a pointed nose and a flat body on top and bottom, while the sides are rounded. This shape gives it excellent glide over the water, and even though it weighs 54 grams, the animator is extremely fluid and offers no resistance.
So, depending on the frequency of the animation, you can create a walking-the-dog stroke with more or less amplitude.

If you opt for a messy, low-rod animation, the lure, with its pointed nose, will pass under the surface while creating lots of bubbles.
Its other strong point is that it is fitted with a complete internal frame, giving it added strength.

It's a silent lure, the only noise you can hear is the lead sinker on the back of the lure, which helps when casting. As far as casting is concerned, this lure casts well, at distances that are satisfactory for this category of lure. Let's say it's about average.
The colors available for the Bungy Pencil 160 are identical to those of the Bungy Popper 160. This similarity makes them two complementary lures. Depending on the conditions and species sought, having a model of each reference allows you to vary your approach, while keeping the same color. What's more, the colors offered are relevant. Some of them are rather classic for sea fishing, based on silver, blue or pink, and others are also sea-fishing oriented, but more original, with gold or patterns reminiscent of wahooo.

Comes standard with two very strong iron treble hooks in size 2/0. These can be replaced by single hooks in size 4/0.

Use
The Bungy pencil 160 can be used to fish a wide range of marine species, such as bass, liche, tuna, trevally and barracuda, thanks to its wide range of animations and sturdiness.

However, for more fragile species such as sea bass, these strong iron hooks should be replaced by a finer reference, or single hooks.
My opinion
At first glance, the Bungy Pencil 160 looks like a classic stickbait, and that's partly the case. However, the fact that it is silent and its ability to swim in different ways sets it apart from the vast majority of its competitors. All this gives it a special appeal that can make all the difference on certain species or in certain sectors. It reminds me of the much larger Tiemco Red Pepper, whose ability to swim in a disordered manner gives good results on certain species.
