To do this, there are several ways to eschew the stick on the mount in order to be as effective as possible. Here is one that has proven itself.
Escher a stick by steps
To start, you need a rig with a quick-change swivel so that you can remove and replace the leader quickly and easily. You also need a stick needle. It is similar to a boilie needle but the "shaft" is much longer and necessarily finished with a "cat".
1) Pierce the stick lengthwise with the needle.

2) Then, fix the loop of the leader in the cat of the needle. It is here that it is essential to have a needle with cat because if not we will not be able to make leave the needle of the stick in opposite direction without risking to damage it.

3) By removing the needle from the stick, pass it on the leader. Then bring the stick to the hook.

4) Gently tuck the eye of the hook into the stick, taking care not to tear it, then the shank and the point. Push the hook well into the stick, taking care not to push the point of the hook into a pellet or piece of boilie (it would not be able to sting a fish otherwise). Position the stick well until the hair is inserted on the shank of the hook.

This step is important because it prevents the hair from getting tangled up when you throw it

Your leader is ready. All you have to do is put it back on the rig with the quick-change swivel to cast the line. With this method, the rig does not get tangled up during casting, and the stick does not tear off even on the hardest casts.
