The African continent is worth a visit, certainly for big game fishing, but also for salmonids. For example in South Africa there are many rivers that are well suited for fly fishing for trout.
But it is sometimes on small islands in the middle of the ocean that wild trout populations flourish as if by magic. If the Iceland is part of the big destinations for fishing, other small island territories are to be visited. For example the Azores on the island of Flores.
On the island of Réunion, most of the time, people come to fish in the sea for big fishes, but trouts are also present in the land.
