An eagerly-awaited event for carp lovers, the Douai show organized by Carpe Concept transformed 3000 m2 of Gayant Expo into a temple dedicated to equipment, techniques and sharing in the world of carp fishing. For two days, visitors from the Nord region and beyond enjoyed a weekend of passion, discovery and conviviality.
An anniversary celebrated in style
For its 15th anniversary, Carpe Concept offered the public an exceptional show, bringing together 27 leading brands including Starbaits, Nash, Fox, Korda, Navicom and many others. The particularly well-stocked stands enabled visitors to discover a multitude of new products: top-of-the-range rods, quality bait, technical accessories and other essential equipment for perfecting your practice.
Experts and entertainment expected
The presence of some of the biggest names in carp fishing attracted a large number of enthusiasts, who were delighted to be able to talk directly to the leading names in the field. Impromptu conferences, demonstrations, personalized advice... the atmosphere was one of learning and sharing experience, in addition to sales. Around the stands, a number of events enlivened the weekend, giving visitors the opportunity to test equipment or ask any questions they might have.
A large and enthusiastic audience
The show was well attended over the two days. Many visitors made the trip to score bargains, take advantage of special promotions or simply meet the teams present. The bustling aisles were a testament to the general enthusiasm, reinforced by the conviviality of the Nord region, which was welcomed by exhibitors and visitors alike.
A great evening for exhibitors and organizers
On Saturday evening, Carpe Concept had a big surprise in store for its partners: a warm evening gathering all exhibitors for a pot de l'amitié and a meal. DJ Looping provided the entertainment. A much-appreciated moment that prolonged the festive spirit and maintained the links between brands and organizers.
Passion, exchanges, novelties, visitors and exhibitors were all there, in an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. A fine carp show to celebrate Carpe Concept's 15th anniversary. A great success for Seb and his team.
