The first edition of the Lowrance Master Cup took place on September 13 and 14, 2025 on Lake Saint-Pardoux (87), marking the return of a national competition dedicated to float tube fishing in France.

Numerous competitors

Organized by FFPS Carnassier in partnership with Lowrance, this year's event brought together France's top anglers on a stretch of water renowned for its dense carnassial populations (pike, zander, perch, black bass). The course, ideal for float-tube lure fishing, offered a technical and varied playground for the many competitors.

This eagerly-awaited new event was distinguished by :

  • A modern format 100% float-tube, no-kill, over vast sectors, with itinerant controls and digital catch feedback.
  • A great deal of interest. In fact, over 60 competitors took the start of the Lowrance Master Cup, proof of the demand from anglers and the dynamism of the float-tube speciality.
  • A remarkable prize fund, in particular for the overall winner who received a prize of ?5,000, making this first edition a national benchmark in terms of level and rewards.
