A highly anticipated third edition!
The 60 available places were literally snapped up in record time!
After two successful editions, both in terms of fishing and organization, this third edition is already arousing the enthusiasm of passionate anglers.
In just a few years, the Open PSL Baie de Morlaix has established itself as a not-to-be-missed event.

Why is it so popular? Because the organization is top-notch, with all infrastructures within easy reach. Because a team of ultra-motivated volunteers works tirelessly all year round to offer us an exceptional event.
And above all, because the fishing area is simply incredible: varied spots, an impressive wealth of fish, and an abundance of fish that will make any sea bass enthusiast dream.
Get ready, this edition promises to be even more intense and memorable!
The fishing area in detail
Morlaix Bay and the surrounding area offer an exceptional playground for anglers.
The spots are very varied: shallow areas with numerous oyster beds, current veins in shallow water, as well as rocky offshore plateaus.

Each competitor can deploy his or her favorite technique to try and catch the 5 bass over 42 cm allowed per day.
The period chosen by the organization is particularly conducive to great bass fishing. Autumn is one of the most prolific seasons for targeting this fish, thanks to its active behaviour during this period
A second appearance for the Rodhouse team
We'll be there for the second year running, with a second Rodhouse team to accompany us.
Last year left us wanting more. Despite a successful round on Saturday, when we had the honor of achieving the fastest quota of the round (with the capture of 5 mesh bass), we then foundered and were unable to find the fish in the second round.

We'll be back again this year, with rigorous preparation for the competition and numerous outings to scout the area.
This period, which we call "pre-fishing" in our jargon, will be particularly intense in the week leading up to the competition, but also throughout the year, in order to identify the areas where the fish are passing through, as well as the spots where the bass remain posted.

I'll be sure to give you more details in the near future.
