A long-awaited comeback for float tube fishing
The Lowrance Master Cup marks the long-awaited return of a national competition dedicated to float tube fishing. This booming fishing format is attracting more and more enthusiasts thanks to its mobility, accessibility and proximity to nature.
Information you need to know
The competition, organized by the Fédération Française des Pêches Sportives section Carnassier in partnership with Lowrance, will take place on the Lac de Saint-Pardoux on September 13, 2025. Lac de Saint-Pardoux is an artificial lake located in the Haute-Vienne region, around 25 km north of Limoges. Created in the 1970s, it covers an area of over 330 hectares, making it the second largest lake in the département after Lac de Vassivière. Haute-Vienne (87).
Its many coves, such as Fréaudour and Villebert, offer ideal conditions for float tubing. Pike, perch, pike-perch and black-bass can all be found here, providing an excellent playground for determining the future French float tube fishing champion.
Please note that registrations will be made via the official "My FFPS" application from June 6, 2025.

This championship will bring together the best float-tube anglers from all over France, selected during regional competitions. It's a key event for enthusiasts of float-tube predator fishing.
