Assembly
Before you can enjoy your cane stand, you need to assemble it. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and five minutes to assemble it. This is much quicker than making one yourself.

Croch rod storage rack
The Croch holder is made from a light, rigid plastic, which gives it good strength and makes it easy to move, even when full. Handles are located on each side for easy gripping.

With dimensions of 44 centimeters long, 25 centimeters deep and 80 centimeters high, it doesn't take up much space and can fit in anywhere. At its base, it contains four points of support on the ground, making it stable.

As for its 16-rod storage capacity, if you only store rods, without reels, it's indeed 16 rods. However, the spacing between each rod is too small, and if you wish to leave the reel mounted on the rod (which is generally the case), this 16-rod capacity is not realistic.

Indeed, if the reel is a bit big, it encroaches too much on the next space, making it impossible to fit another rod with a reel. With a reel, you can still fit between 4 and 6 rods per side.
My opinion
Croch's 16-rod holder does what it's supposed to do: store fishing rods.
It's lightweight, its small dimensions make it particularly interesting for placing wherever you want, and its price, around ?40, is affordable.

The only thing is that its capacity of 16 rods is not achievable if you keep your sets assembled, even with standard-sized sets. So before you buy it, you need to think carefully about what you want to store in it. Moreover, it is not at all suitable for fly rods with reels.
