A few months ago, Pêcheur.com opened its first store in Clermont-Ferrand. A visit was a must at the Carrefour National de la Pêche et des Loisirs.

Over 35,000 references
23 years after the creation of Pêcheur.com, and after the evolution of the e-commerce site dedicated to the sale of fishing tackle, Pêcheur.com decided to open a physical store that would reflect the site. After acquiring Volcanik and Carpe VIP, and thus benefiting from an existing customer base while maintaining some of the existing staff, the launch of the project to sell fishing tackle in-store could be done under the best possible conditions.
Over a surface area of 1,000 square metres, you'll find over 35,000 references, whatever your preferred fishing technique. Located at 33 avenue Ernest Cristal, the store is in an easily accessible shopping area, with easy parking nearby.

As with the website, customers can find and direct themselves to the fishing brands they cherish. Indeed, the choice has been made to classify equipment by brand and by universe. An atypical choice, but a judicious one given the importance of brand choice for anglers.
At the entrance to the store, you'll find a 6-meter-long demonstration pool, where you can get a better feel for the different swims of the lures on offer.

Sorted by universe
At first glance, the layout of the store is striking, with all shelves arranged by fishing category. Thanks to the clearly visible signage, it's easy to find your way straight to the world you're looking for. Fishing with bait, lures, fly fishing and carp fishing, a complete range offering a judicious choice of equipment.

The aisles are wide enough to allow you to stroll with pleasure through the different worlds.
With this structure, Pêcheur.com has created a real bridge between the site and the physical store, which will delight a large number of fishing enthusiasts who prefer to touch and see the equipment before deciding to buy. A first test which seems conclusive and which perhaps needs to be relocated to other corners of France...
