BlueNav and Tiger Marine France announce a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the transition to hybrid power in professional RIBs. This collaboration combines BlueNav?s expertise in hybrid electric propulsion and smart navigation solutions with Tiger Marine?s know-how in designing rugged RIBs suited for heavy-duty use.
The first project resulting from this partnership will be unveiled at the Grand Pavois 2026. It will be a Tiger Marine 750 Open Fishing equipped with BlueNav hybrid technology, a configuration designed to meet the needs of professionals in the maritime, fishing, port operations, and marine tourism sectors.
A hybrid RIB designed for professionals
This partnership aims to introduce a new generation of hybrid RIBs that combine performance, ease of use, and reduced environmental impact. Against the backdrop of the energy transition and increasingly stringent environmental regulations, hybridization is emerging as a practical solution for professionals in the boating industry.
The Tiger Marine 750 Open Fishing has been selected to kick off this collaboration. Renowned for its stability, sturdiness, and seaworthiness, this model will be powered by a 250 CV Honda engine paired with two 8 kW BlueNav electric motors.

BlueNav develops smart electric propulsion systems designed to make boating simpler, quieter, and more sustainable. Its retractable motors can be integrated with a main internal combustion engine to create a hybrid solution tailored to the needs of both professionals and discerning recreational boaters.
