The FFPS has published a federal calendar for 2026 (all disciplines, including carnivorous), with a series of national and international competitions throughout the year.
FFPS-related competitions in 2026
Although not exclusively "carnivorous", certain competitions associated with the FFPS are already positioned for 2026 and may be of interest to competitors:
The Mercury Fishing Cup IV (4th edition) will be held on September 19 and 20, 2026 at Bort Les Orgues (19), organized by the FFPS Carnassier in partnership with Mercury Marine. The French Boat Lure Fishing Championship remains a flagship event for all sport fishing enthusiasts.
The Lowrance Master Cup is the major competition in float-tube sport fishing for carnivorous fish, organized by the FFPS Carnassier in partnership with Lowrance. Launched in 2025, it has become a fixture on the national calendar, and will take place on June 6 and 7 on Lac de Vioreau (44).
Black Bass League (BBL) is the new Championnat de France FFPS Carnassier dedicated to black-bass fishing in boats, in pairs. It is scheduled for July 18 and 19 at Aiguelèze (81).
The Salmo Trek 2026 an FFPS mountain fishing competition (lures or fly, salmonids, high mountain) is already scheduled in the Néouvielle massif with registration via the MyFFPS app.âeuros
The Junior Fishing Tour (including a "shore-based carnivorous lures" circuit for under-18s) runs from September 2025 to May 2026 for the departmental rounds, then June 2026 for the regional finals, and late August-September 2026 for the national finals.âeuros
The circuit Street Fishing will visit Rennes (35) on September 5 & 6 and Narbonne (11) on October 10 & 11.
October Fish is a new national event launched by FFPS Carnassier in 2026, entirely digital via the My FFPS app. It takes place throughout the month of October 2026, in support of the Pink October campaign against breast cancer, inviting all anglers to contribute via their fishing sessions.
