Gunki 2026 catalog: an update on new products to discover

Catalog Gunki 2026

Gunki is much appreciated by young lure anglers for its unbeatable value for money. We particularly appreciate its youthful, street-fishing spirit. Let's take a look at what's new for 2026.

Two reels

From the very first page of new Gunki 2026 catalog this round-profile casting reel is designed for big lures (50-250 g) and large-diameter braids, with a monocoque aluminum frame and a 15 kg drag. The ShowTime BCR 300 comes in at a low price, under ?190. Gunki has also developed a sea reel, the XCast FV (?85), to match Ocean Tribes rods in the same azure blue tone. Two sizes are available, 300 and 400.

ShowTime rods

Over the past few months, Jérôme Riffaud's teams have developed a new range of rods, the ShowTime. There are 15 Toray carbon spinning and casting models with Fuji K guides in a price range from ?160 to ?195. To cope with every situation, all that's missing is a Travel model, which you can find in the lower price category (Overtake).

Lots of decoys

We've already mentioned the ShowTime BCR 300 reel, but here's a new lure you can use with it to track pike: the Itoka Run 180S, an articulated swimbait weighing precisely 77.6 g, with rolling swivel-mounted hooks. It's easy to cast and comes with a spare soft tail. Sold for ?35 each.

A longbill minnow has also been added to the 2026 range: the Knifehead with mass transfer for long-distance casting. To be tested on pike-perch, perch, and why not pike when focused on small prey (6.8 and 7.5 cm). The Bull Frog, already a real mouthful in its largest size (17 cm), has a big sister, the Mega Frog (23 cm). Also worth noting is the "Super Deal" logo on many of our lure colors, with special prices. Take your pick from the catalog!

Other noteworthy developments include the disappearance of DOTS spoons for trout, new, stronger and pricklier hooks for G'Foot lead heads, a rubber jig at a contained price (less than 7 euros for the Tiny Hoverjig), and a major effort to develop baggage. All good stuff!
