The meeting place for fishing enthusiasts
Organized by the Groupement de l'Industrie Française d'Articles de Pêche (GIFAP) and Exponantes, in partnership with the Confédération Mer et Liberté (CML), the festival is a major national event for fishing enthusiasts of all kinds. Visitors will be able to discover, exchange, test, learn and share their passion through areas dedicated to new products, events, conferences, water trials (boats, kayaks), as well as fishing demonstrations and initiations.
The festival is open to all: experienced anglers, beginners, families, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts.
Key events and activities
- Exhibition area more than 150 exhibitors (manufacturers, importers, retailers) will be showcasing the very best in fishing equipment: rods, reels, lures, accessories, marine electronics, boats, motors and more.
- Demonstrations and initiations workshops to discover or perfect freshwater and sea fishing, led by professionals and federations.
- Water testing test boats, kayaks and other equipment directly on the Erdre.
- Conferences and meetings discussions with experts, professional anglers and associations on techniques, regulations, protection of aquatic environments, etc.
- Village associatif : Presence of fishing federations and associations to provide information on sustainable practices and local projects.
- Fun activities children's and families' areas: a fun introduction to fishing.
New for 2026 : The focus will be on an even more immersive and interactive experience, with a larger exhibition area and international partnerships
