An extensive range of tackle boxes
The Plano Edge range of boxes, already presented on this site, was extended in 2024 with a box designed specifically to store leaded heads.
Given the build quality of the Plano Edge range, I thought the newcomer would be no exception to the rule and gave in to temptation. After all, it's very unpleasant to lose a nice fish to an oxidized hook or to discover a whitish film on the surface of the sinkers when you open your tackle box.

This is a very well-designed product. By matching the width of the slots to the iron size of the hooks, the heads are held securely. The capacity of the box is sufficient to cope with all situations, and it's easy to quickly grab the head of your choice.
The quality of the materials added to the lead content makes this a heavy box. This makes it more suitable for the boat angler who has plenty of room on board than for the minimalist shore angler who wants to keep things light. But even for the latter, it's very practical to have this box in your vehicle and to draw from it according to the configurations of the day's fishing spot.
