Fisher of men

Pêcheur d'hommes takes us into the harsh world of fishing. In the middle of the ocean, the presence of a chaplain allows us to share hopes, prayers, joys and distresses. Whether on land or on board, Mikel Epalza has spent almost half a century working alongside fishermen and their families. A moving testimony, whatever our beliefs, to the daily lives of sailors.

An extraordinary life, lived alongside fishermen and where the words solidarity and respect play a significant role.

Nobody suspected how polluted the sea was. It remained gray, it remained green. And I never thought about the carpet of garbage that lurked underneath...".
