A very encouraging 2023 balance sheet
Organizing a fishing competition requires a considerable investment on the part of volunteers.

The availability of pontoons, trailer parking, meals and the provision of partners are all essential to ensure that competitors enjoy an unforgettable moment of sharing, conviviality and fishing. And in this respect, one thing is certain: this team of volunteers is more than up to the task!
Let's talk about the fishing. Last year, no fewer than 155 fish were measured from a total of 23 teams. 18 teams achieved their quota, i.e. to catch and release 5 sea bass over 42 cm during the day.

One thing's for sure: the area is teeming with fish! It's rare to have such a high ratio between the number of fish and the number of competitors. First place will be fiercely contested, that's for sure!
A highly varied zone
A glance at the map of the area shows that there's something for everyone. Foreshore, oyster beds, shallow current veins or offshore plateaus. There's plenty to do.

The period chosen for 2024, September 07 and 08, promises to be a great edition. As all sea bass anglers know, as autumn approaches, the behavior of these fish changes and generally offers great fishing opportunities. Let's hope so.
A few places still available
Registrations are not yet closed and I encourage you to join us for this convivial weekend.
