The Black Olukaï Expedition rod is 2.21 meters long and is built in three equal sections, which represents a footprint of 78 centimeters. Given its length, it is more suitable for boat fishing. The Black Ulukai is light and has a smooth tip action that is pleasing.
This action allows you to cast small lures at a good distance. It is therefore a good choice for shore fishing. This rod allows you to fish comfortably with all types of lures, both soft lures and big poppers, from 40 to 180 grams. It can even be used for jigging, in which case it will take a load of 350 to 400 grams.
