The year 2021 will have been marked by the Covid crisis and its temporary restrictions on the practice of our hobby. Let's hope that all this is behind us and that all freshwater fishermen can fully enjoy their fishing card in 2022.

Good news: for 2022 the price of the fishing card will remain unchanged. It will be available as of December 15, 2021.

Where to get your fishing card ?

The 2022 fishing card will be available on the website cartedepeche.fr. You can also get your fishing card at local retailers who can be indicated by your AAPPMA.

Which fishing card?

For the annual cards, 4 choices are offered:

  • the adult or inter-federal card, valid from 1 January er january to December 31, it allows both fishing in 1 era than in 2 ème category according to the legislation in force. The particularity of an inter-federal card is that you can extend your fishing grounds to other departments. Its cost remains unchanged at 100 euros .
  • the women's discovery card maintained at 35 euros .
  • the minor card for youths between 12 and 18 years old to 21 euros .
  • the discovery card under 12 years old at 6 euros .

It is also possible to take so-called "seasonal" cards, the weekly card valid for 7 consecutive days at 33 euros or the day pass at 16 euros .

Where does the money from the fishing card go?

The price of a fishing pass finances three main elements:

  • the contribution for fishing in aquatic environments or CPMA directly transferred to the National Federation of Fishing in France. Redistributed in part to the various associations.
  • the federal contribution for the Departmental Federation for Fishing and Protection of the Aquatic Environment.
  • the association fee reserved for the local AAPPMA.

Note for the fishermen who wish it, that it is possible to take its fishing card at any AAPPMA whatever your place of residence. Some AAPPMA are more active than others, so it's up to you to make the right choice...

Taking a fishing card also means getting information on the different legislations in force and of course respecting them.
