Equipped with 4+1 fully sealed stainless steel bearings, the Pursuit V offers particularly smooth recovery, while effectively resisting corrosion in salty environments. It retains the famous HT-100 brake, with carbon-fiber discs, for progressive, powerful and constant braking throughout the entire operating range.
The aluminium spool, lightened and equipped with Superline Spool technology, has been optimized for the use of braid to improve casting distance and accuracy. A non-slip ring at the base of the spool ensures perfect line grip, even when the spool is filled to the brim.
Gears forged and machined using a new manufacturing process provide a net gain in strength, reliability and smooth operation, giving the angler total confidence when fighting powerful fish.
