For its third edition, the Suzuki Master Fishing organized by distributor Nowe Atlantique, departing from the Port de l'Herbaudière, welcomed 13 boats on the weekend of May 11 and 12, 2024, with a total of 39 participants: ambassadors, seasoned anglers or yachtsmen.

Contrasting weather for the two rounds

The weather on Saturday was magnificent, with zero knots of wind... Ideal weather for breaking records. The different teams tried to stand out from the crowd by fine-tuning their tactics. The experience of some teams enabled them to find active spots and experience their first battles with some nice fish.

However, it was on Sunday, with a stormy weather, that the best catches were made. The "Bobar" team, already winners of last year's Grand Pavois Fishing, pulled off two exceptional runs to take first place, with catches totalling 539 cm! In all, no fewer than 51 meshed fish were caught before being released in the best possible conditions.
