For whom?

This free training is open to everyone. Whether you're a Humminbird user or not, you'll learn in these sessions how a sonar unit works and how to interpret what it displays on the screen. If you bring your own unit, you can update your software and leave with the latest features. We will also explain how to communicate with the Minn Kota electric bow motors, a must for today's anglers.
How does it work?

The training is given in groups of 5 people at a time. The first hour takes place in the Airstream trailer around a table. The instructors explain how to use your unit perfectly, how to adjust the important parameters and how to get the most relevant display: default values, choice of palettes, explanation of the sensitivity. This is really the school of the sounder.
The second hour of training is done by embarking on a Navicom Academy boat to put into practice what we have just discovered. After the theory, it's time to handle the equipment. The trainers take you to a spot to follow fish and validate the use of the live cartography.
Pedagogy

The 3 trainers are all fishermen, know the equipment inside and out and are very educational. They are there to apply their training program, but above all to answer the users on the best use of their sonar. Here, questions are welcome. The approach is absolutely not commercial. They are not there for product placement. Their goal is to make sure that the user leaves with confidence in the use of their device.
