An exciting day of fishing
Despite a two-metre swell in the early hours of the morning, weather conditions remained clement for the sport fishermen who had come to tackle the waters of the Mediterranean, in an area stretching from the islands of Hyères to off Cannes. Ironically, the six bluefin tuna caught and released were close to the shore, providing an unexpected spectacle for the participants. The crews also enjoyed some exceptional encounters with marine life: a school of playful dolphins, two sperm whales, turtles, manta rays and flying fish, notably as they left the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

A commitment to the environment and young people
True to its commitment to ocean preservation, Suzuki once again associated the event with its Clean Ocean Project program. Throughout the day, participants collected floating waste, contributing to the fight against plastic pollution.
This edition also spotlighted the next generation of anglers, with the participation of six juniors, including Tamara (15) and Léo (16), members of the SNST Junior Team, aboard the Rhéa Marine. Two emblematic figures of sport fishing were also present: Arthur Jerbillet and Sébastien Mongruel, ambassadors for the Suzuki Fishing Team.

Palmarès 2025: between performance and respect for the environment
The trophies were awarded at the end of the day on Sunday at the SNST, following a convivial evening organized the evening before the start. Here are this year's winners:
Suzuki outboard category :
- Jalaé (SNST) / Arthur Jerbillet (2 released holds)
- Matt No6 (1 fish released)
Open category: Gosta (3 fish released)
Clean Ocean Project Trophy: Osmoz / Sébastien Mongruel, rewarded for his ecological commitment.

An organization praised by all
