Authorization essential for bluefin tuna fishing
Bluefin tuna fishing, whether recreational or professional, is highly regulated. Authorization is required for pleasure boating, whether to practice no-kill or to retain bluefin tuna.

You must first apply to the relevant authorities for authorization. You'll then receive a document authorizing you to fish and, if you're lucky, you'll get a ring. This sesame is necessary for anyone wishing to bring back one of their catches.
Remember that this authorization is valid for the vessel and not for the person on board.
So there's no need to make several requests.
