A fishing competition for youngsters
The Junior Fishing Tour (JFT) is a new all-level competition for young anglers, the fruit of a partnership between the Fédération Nationale de la Pêche en France (FNPF), the Fédération Française des Pêches Sportives (FFPS) and the Groupement de l'Industrie Française d'Articles de Pêche (GIFAP). The Junior Fishing Tour offers two circuits ranging from departmental rounds to major national finals.
Spearfishing and lure fishing
The Junior Fishing Tour offers two different circuits, the "JFT Coup" for strike fishing and the "JFT Leurres" for shore fishing for predators. Competitions are divided into two age categories, one for under 14s (Juniors) and one for 14 to 17 year-olds (Espoirs).
Become the champion
The first season will kick off with departmental rounds from September 2024 to the end of May 2025, in a friendly atmosphere conducive to meeting new people and making progress. By taking part in at least two departmental rounds, you'll have the chance to become your department's Champion in your age category!
The best participants will be selected by age category for the regional finals, which will then determine who qualifies for the grand national finals with the title of "Champion(ne) de France" for each discipline.
The grand national finals will conclude the 2024/25 season.
Prizes for all
At each round, anglers will be rewarded with prizes for all, and prizes from leading fishing brands for the various podium finishes.
