A novel of adventure and suspense

Aventures, pêche et suspense
Adventure, fishing and suspense

"The Guide" (original title: "The River") is a novel that blends adventure and suspense. Jack is the new fly-fishing guide at Kingfisher Lodge, in the midst of Colorado's extraordinary landscape. Set in some of the clearest waters on the planet, Kingfisher Lodge is a luxurious, high-security haven, a destination for affluent fishing enthusiasts looking to stalk beautiful brown trout on dry or nymph patterns.

In this wilderness where bald eagles soar over spruce pines and brown trout populate rapids and black pools, Jack meets Alison K, an irresistible customer. But danger and menace are never far away in this wild and ferocious environment.
